Description
A 4-inch single-light teardrop pendant in polished nickel with a glossy white glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Milan pendant reinvents the classic teardrop form with contemporary shapes and modern metal accents. The heavy glass bulb is held in place by a metal band with heavily detailed screws, suspended from a tapered frame. Featuring a single filament bulb, it creates a dramatic silhouette that adds Art Deco charm to any space.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung in a row for task and ambient light
- Dining rooms, centered over a table for a warm, focused glow
- Entryways and stairwells, adding a sculptural accent
- Coffee bars and reading nooks, providing a cozy pool of light
- Sloped ceilings, thanks to its adaptable design
Not ideal for
- Large rooms needing bright, even illumination - this is a single 60W accent light
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, despite damp rating, if you prefer a sealed fixture
How bright is it?
Lumen output not specified by manufacturer. With a 60W incandescent bulb (not included), expect roughly 800 lumens - similar to a standard household bulb, suitable for accent and ambient lighting rather than primary task lighting.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, inviting glow, select a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The glossy white shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a pleasant atmosphere.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 4.38 inches wide by 20.63 inches high, with a 120-inch cord that can be cut to your desired length. The shade measures 4.38 inches in diameter and 12.63 inches high. Works well over kitchen islands and dining tables with standard 8-9 foot ceilings.
