Description
A 50-inch four-light linear pendant from the Malone collection, finished in brushed satin nickel with striped clear glass shades, for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Malone Pendant reimagines the traditional teardrop form with a modern, Art Deco sensibility. Each of the four glass shades features a striped clear finish that adds texture and visual interest, while the brushed satin nickel steel and cast brass frame provides a sleek, refined look. The fixture hangs from a heavy-duty steel canopy and includes 120 inches of adjustable cord, allowing you to customize the height to perfectly suit your space.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 60-96 inches long, hung 30-36 inches above the countertop
- Dining room tables 60-84 inches long, centered over the table
- Open-plan living areas with 9-foot or higher ceilings
- Art Deco, contemporary, and transitional interiors
- Spaces with sloped ceilings, as it is sloped ceiling compatible
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is rated for damp locations, not wet locations
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 feet, as the minimum hanging height is 28 inches
- Small spaces under 10 feet wide, as the 50-inch width may overwhelm
How bright is it?
Lumen output not specified by manufacturer. With four 100W incandescent bulbs (not included), it can provide bright ambient light for a kitchen island or dining area. For a softer glow, use lower-wattage LED bulbs.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is determined by the bulbs you choose. The striped clear glass shades diffuse light slightly while still allowing the bulb's character to show through, making them ideal for vintage-style filament LEDs. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the mood from bright and lively to soft and intimate.
Sizing and fit
The linear pendant measures 49.75 inches wide, 6 inches deep, and 14.38 inches high, with an adjustable hanging height from 28 to 136 inches. The rectangular canopy is 48 inches wide. It is sloped ceiling compatible and weighs 34.6 pounds.
