Description
A 50-inch linear pendant with four teardrop glass shades in matte black - designed for kitchen islands and dining tables.
The Malone Pendant reimagines the classic teardrop form with a modern, Art Deco sensibility. Each of the four heavy glass shades is striped clear, revealing the bulb inside, and hangs from a matte black steel and cast brass frame. The 120-inch adjustable cords allow you to customize the hanging height, and the fixture can be staggered for a dynamic look.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 6-8 feet long, providing even task and ambient light
- Dining rooms and large tables, as a striking focal point
- Open-plan living areas, defining zones with a sculptural element
- Entryways and hallways with high ceilings, hung as a statement piece
- Covered patios and sunrooms, thanks to its damp-rated construction
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - damp-rated but not wet-rated
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 feet if you need the full 136-inch hanging length
- Small rooms under 10x10 feet - the 50-inch width may overwhelm
How bright is it?
With four 100W bulbs (not included), this fixture can produce up to 8000 lumens - bright enough for primary lighting in large kitchens and dining areas. Actual brightness depends on the bulbs you choose.
Light color and feel
The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the light level. The striped clear glass shades create a sparkling, decorative effect when lit. Bulb color temperature is not specified, but we recommend warm white (2700-3000K) for a cozy, inviting ambiance.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 6"L x 49.75"W x 14.38"H. Hanging height adjusts from 28 to 136 inches via the 120-inch cords. The canopy is 5.38"L x 48"W, designed for linear installation. Suitable for sloped ceilings.
