Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms away from direct water spray, but not in wet locations.

How do I adjust the hanging length? The included down rods allow you to adjust the length. The overall length can be customized from the minimum to the maximum specified.
