Description
A 5-inch wide wall sconce from the Giselle collection, finished in polished nickel with an off-white cotton shade, ideal for bedrooms and hallways.
Giselle adds a delicate, feminine touch to your walls with its graceful curves and soft off-white cotton shade. The polished nickel finish and tapered cylinder shade create a bright, clean look that fits modern and transitional interiors. This hardwired sconce is dimmable and requires partial assembly.
Best for
- Bedrooms, mounted as a reading light beside the bed
- Hallways and corridors, providing soft ambient light
- Living rooms, as accent lighting above a console or sideboard
- Dining areas, adding a warm glow to a buffet or hutch
- Entryways, creating a welcoming first impression
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Outdoor uncovered areas - not rated for wet locations
- Spaces needing bright task lighting - 60W incandescent is accent-level brightness
How bright is it?
Lumen output not specified by manufacturer, but with a 60W incandescent bulb, expect roughly 800 lumens - suitable for accent or ambient light, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulb used; with a standard incandescent, expect a warm, soft glow. Dimmable for adjustable ambiance.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 7.25"(L) x 5"(W) x 16"(H). Backplate is 5" x 5" x 0.75" extension. Works well in rooms with standard 8-foot ceilings.
