A 1-light mini pendant from the Edison collection, finished in Black Antique Brass with a Matte Black metal shade, designed for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Edison collection combines the best of Innovations Lighting's Franklin and Ballston lines, offering industrial-inspired design with heavy cast components for a sturdy transitional look. This mini pendant features a Black Antique Brass finish and a Matte Black metal shade, with a bare-bulb look that can be customized with over 100 shade options. The 10-foot wire allows for flexible hanging heights, and the fixture is damp-rated for covered outdoor areas.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used. This fixture accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 60W (or equivalent LED). With a standard 60W incandescent, expect about 800 lumens - enough for task lighting over a small island or accent lighting in a dining area. For brighter output, use an LED bulb with higher lumens.
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by the bulb you choose. For a warm, inviting glow similar to traditional incandescent, select a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The open-bottom shade directs light downward, creating focused task lighting with a soft ambient glow from the exposed bulb.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
