Description
A 12-inch semi-flush mount with a white Venetian glass globe and black antique brass finish, ideal for entryways and hallways needing damp-rated lighting.
The Edison collection combines industrial-inspired design with customizable options. This fixture features heavy cast components in a black antique brass finish, paired with a white Venetian glass shade that softens the look. Rated for damp locations, it works in covered outdoor areas as well as indoor spaces.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. With a standard 60W incandescent equivalent LED bulb, expect around 800 lumens - suitable for ambient lighting in a small to medium room. For a softer glow, use a 40W equivalent (450 lumens).
Light color and feel
Choose your bulb's color temperature. A 2700K-3000K bulb gives warm white light that complements the antique brass finish and white glass. The glass shade diffuses light gently, reducing glare.
Sizing and fit
Overall: 12 inches wide (diameter) x 15.5 inches high. Canopy: 4.5 inches diameter x 0.75 inches high. Suitable for ceilings 8 ft or higher. The semi-flush design keeps the fixture close to the ceiling while providing a bit of drop.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
