Description
A 2-light bath vanity light from the Edison collection, finished in brushed brass for industrial-inspired bathrooms and powder rooms.
The Edison collection marries the best of Franklin and Ballston designs, offering versatility and uncompromising construction. This fixture features a brushed brass finish on steel and cast brass, with two medium-base sockets for vintage ST64 bulbs (not included). The damp-rated construction makes it suitable for bathrooms and other humid locations.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With two medium-base sockets, you can install up to 60W equivalent LED bulbs per socket for a total of up to 2400 lumens, suitable for bathroom task lighting. Using vintage ST64 bulbs (recommended) typically provides 400-800 lumens per bulb for a warm, ambient glow.
Light color and feel
The fixture itself does not determine light color; choose bulbs with your preferred Kelvin temperature. For a warm, incandescent-like feel, use 2700K-3000K bulbs. The open design and exposed bulbs create a vintage industrial look with direct and ambient light distribution.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 12.38 inches wide, 6 inches high, with a 6.25-inch extension from the wall. The backplate is 4.5 inches in diameter and 0.75 inches deep. Mounting center to top is 2.5 inches. Works well above vanities 24-48 inches wide, with a minimum ceiling height of 7 feet.

Are bulbs included? No, bulbs are not included. The fixture requires two medium-base (E26) bulbs, with ST64 vintage bulbs recommended.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
