A 1-light mini pendant from the Edison collection, finished in matte black with steel and cast brass construction, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Edison collection marries the best of industrial and farmhouse design, offering versatility and uncompromising construction. This mini pendant features a matte black finish with steel and cast brass materials, and can be customized with glass or metal shades from the Franklin and Ballston collections. The 10-foot black textured cord allows for flexible hanging heights, and the fixture is damp-rated for covered outdoor areas.

- Kitchen islands over a 4-6 ft island, hung in a row of 2-3 pendants
- Dining rooms with a small table, centered above for focused task lighting
- Covered patios or porches, thanks to the damp location rating

How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb used (not included). With a standard 60W equivalent LED bulb, expect around 800 lumens - bright enough for task lighting over a small island or dining table, but not a primary room light.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulb chosen. For a warm, inviting glow, use a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A medium base (E26) vintage-style ST64 bulb is recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture is dimmable when used with a dimmable bulb and a compatible dimmer switch. Use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms away from direct water spray, but not in wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
