Description
A 6-inch, 1-light wall sconce from the Auralume Sands Collection, finished in matte black with clear glass - ideal for bedrooms and hallways.
This wall sconce features a globe/orb-shaped clear glass shade that showcases the LED bulb. The matte black finish gives it a modern industrial look, fitting transitional, industrial, and restoration-vintage styles. Made of steel, cast brass, and glass, it's a durable and stylish choice for accent lighting.
Best for
- Bedrooms as a reading sconce beside the bed
- Hallways and entryways, providing accent light
- Living rooms to highlight artwork or architectural features
- Spaces styled in transitional, industrial, or restoration-vintage decor
Not ideal for
- Large rooms as a primary light source - this is accent/ambient light
- Outdoor or wet locations - this fixture is rated for damp locations only
How bright is it?
The bulb produces 350 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 40W incandescent bulb. This is ideal for accent and ambient lighting, not as a primary light source in a large room.
Light color and feel
The bulb emits 2700K warm white light - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. This flatters skin tones and warm finishes. With a CRI of 80, colors render reasonably well. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 5.88 inches wide and 11.75 inches high, with a 7-inch extension from the wall. The backplate is 4.75 inches in diameter. This compact size fits well in bedrooms and hallways.
