Description
A 34-inch wide, 4-light bathroom vanity light from the Lawton Sphere Collection, finished in brushed brass with clear globe glass shades - ideal for bathrooms, powder rooms, and makeup areas that need bright, even illumination.
The Lawton Sphere vanity light is a modern update to the timeless Newton design, featuring a sleek glass holder collar and refined details. The minimalist design with globe-shaped glass shades and a brushed brass finish adds a touch of sophistication to any bathroom. The fixture can be mounted with bulbs facing up or down, and the heavy cast backplate ensures durability.
Best for
- Bathrooms with a 48-60 inch vanity, mounted horizontally above the mirror for even task lighting
- Powder rooms, providing bright, flattering light for grooming
- Makeup areas, with clear glass shades that distribute light evenly
- Damp-rated locations like bathrooms, where moisture resistance is needed
- Modern and farmhouse-style interiors, complementing brushed brass fixtures and hardware
Not ideal for
- Small powder rooms with a 24-inch vanity - the 34-inch width may be too wide
- Spaces with low ceilings if you need to mount it with bulbs facing down, as it extends 8 inches from the wall
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs used. With four 100W incandescent bulbs (max per socket), it can provide ample light for a bathroom. LED bulbs are recommended for energy efficiency.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you choose. For a warm, inviting feel, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. For a cooler, more energizing light, use 4000K-5000K bulbs. The clear glass shades allow the bulb's true color to shine through.
Sizing and fit
Measures 34 inches wide, 8 inches deep, and 9.63 inches high. The backplate is 4.5 x 4.5 inches. Works well above a 48-60 inch vanity in bathrooms with standard 8-foot ceilings.
