With four 100-watt maximum sockets (bulbs not included), brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. Using recommended ST64 LED bulbs, you can achieve 800+ lumens per bulb for a total of 3200+ lumens - enough to brightly light a large bathroom. For a softer glow, use lower-wattage bulbs.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. We recommend ST64-shaped bulbs with a medium base (E26).
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable. Use a standard dimmer compatible with your bulb type (LED, incandescent, etc.).
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is damp rated, so it is safe for bathrooms and covered outdoor areas, but not for direct rain or wet locations.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
