Frequently asked
Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. The fixture requires eight 6-watt medium base (E26) T10 LED bulbs, which are sold separately.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture itself is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. We recommend using a standard LED dimmer rated for the total wattage.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This chandelier is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, so it can be installed in bathrooms and covered outdoor areas that are protected from direct water exposure. It is not rated for wet locations, so avoid installing it where it will be directly exposed to rain or water spray.
What's the warranty? The fixture comes with a 2-year finish warranty and a lifetime electrical warranty.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
