Description
A 4.5-inch matte white ribbed glass drum shade from the Ballston Collection, designed to replace or refresh pendant lights and chandeliers with a modern, textured look.
This Hadley shade features a matte white finish with subtle ribbing, creating a soft, diffused light that flatters any room. The drum shape is versatile and works well with transitional or modern decor. It's a simple way to update your lighting fixtures.
Best for
- Pendant lights over kitchen islands or dining tables, where the matte white finish provides a clean, modern look
- Chandeliers in dining rooms or entryways, replacing outdated shades
- Wall sconces in hallways or living rooms, for a soft, diffused glow
- DIY lighting projects, where a neckless shade with a 2.125-inch hole is needed
Not ideal for
- Fixtures requiring a shade with a different fitter size (this shade is neckless with a 2.125-inch hole)
- Spaces needing a clear, unobstructed view of the bulb, since the matte white finish diffuses light
How bright is it?
This is a shade, not a light source, so brightness depends on the bulb you use. The matte white finish will diffuse the light, creating a soft, ambient glow.
Light color and feel
The matte white finish softens the light, making it feel warm and inviting. It works well with warm white bulbs for a cozy atmosphere.
