How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose (not included). With a standard 60W equivalent LED (800 lumens), it provides ample task light for reading. For softer ambient glow, use a 40W equivalent (450 lumens).
Light color and feel
The mercury ribbed glass shade diffuses light with a subtle vintage tint, softening the output. Use a warm white bulb (2700K-3000K) to complement the antique brass finish and create a cozy, nostalgic ambiance. CRI is bulb-dependent; a 90+ CRI bulb is recommended for accurate color rendering.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. A medium base (E26) vintage-style bulb is recommended.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimmability depends on the bulb used. If you install a dimmable LED bulb, use a compatible LED dimmer.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (not in direct shower spray) but not outdoors.

Can the swing arm be adjusted after installation? Yes, the arm pivots and can be positioned to direct light as needed.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
