The Farmhouse Rope collection from Innovations Lighting blends rustic charm with industrial durability. This mini pendant features a clear farmhouse glass globe encased in brown rope, suspended from a brushed brass stem and canopy. The warm 2200K LED bulb casts a soft, amber glow reminiscent of vintage Edison lighting, while the damp-rated construction allows placement in bathrooms and covered outdoor areas.

How bright is it?
375 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for accent or ambient light over a small table or island, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2200K extra warm white - a very soft, golden tone reminiscent of candlelight or vintage Edison bulbs. With a CRI of 90, colors render accurately, making it pleasant for dining and relaxation areas. The included LED bulb is dimmable with a compatible dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
The shade is 8 in diameter and 7 in tall; overall fixture height is 9.5 in with a hanging range of 18.5 to 42.5 in via the included 10 ft wire. The canopy is 4.75 in diameter. Best suited for ceilings 8-9 ft; for higher ceilings, the long wire allows adjustment.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
