Description
A 8-inch mini pendant from the Farmhouse Rope collection, finished in brushed brass with a white frosted glass shade wrapped in brown rope, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas in damp-rated locations.
This mini pendant blends industrial farmhouse charm with versatile design. The brushed brass finish and white glass shade with brown rope create a warm, textured look. Part of the Edison collection, it features heavy cast components and can be customized with various shades. The included 6W LED bulb provides 600 lumens at 2700K warm white.

How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb. Ideal for task or accent lighting over a counter or table, but not sufficient as a sole light source for a large room.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm wood/brass interiors. CRI 82 renders colors adequately for most home settings.
Sizing and fit
The shade is 8 in wide and 7 in tall, with an overall fixture height of 9.5 in. Hanging height adjusts from 18.5 to 42.5 in via 10 ft of wire. Canopy is 4.75 in diameter. Works well over islands or tables with 8-10 ft ceilings. Sloped ceiling adaptable.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
