A 35-inch wide, 4-light bath vanity light with an oil rubbed bronze finish and clear glass shades wrapped in brown rope, designed for damp-rated bathrooms and hallways.
The Farmhouse Rope collection by Innovations Lighting combines industrial-inspired design with rustic charm. This bath vanity features a sturdy steel and cast brass frame in an oil rubbed bronze finish, paired with clear farmhouse glass shades accented with brown rope. The Edison-style bulbs (not included) are exposed through the transparent glass, creating a warm, vintage glow. With a damp location rating, it's suitable for bathrooms and other humid spaces.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. The fixture accepts four medium-base (E26) bulbs, up to 60W each or equivalent LED. With four 60W incandescent bulbs, total output is approximately 3200 lumens, comparable to a bright living room light. For a softer glow, use lower wattage or dimmable bulbs. Bulbs are not included.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shades and exposed ST64 bulbs produce a warm, vintage light. For a classic incandescent feel, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The brown rope wrapping adds texture and diffuses light slightly, creating a cozy ambiance. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a standard dimmer switch.

The fixture measures 35 inches wide, 12.25 inches high, and extends 8.5 inches from the wall. It is designed for horizontal mounting on a wall with a standard junction box. The backplate is 4.5 inches in diameter. Ideal for vanities 36-48 inches wide, mounted 6-8 inches above the mirror.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
