Description
A 35-inch wide, 4-light bath vanity light with a matte black finish and clear glass shades wrapped in brown rope, designed for bathrooms with double sinks or large mirrors.
The Farmhouse Rope collection combines industrial cast components with rustic rope-wrapped glass shades. The matte black steel and cast brass frame contrasts with the warm brown rope detail, creating a fixture that suits farmhouse, industrial, and modern contemporary interiors. The exposed ST64 vintage bulbs (not included) complete the look.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With four medium-base sockets, you can achieve 1600-2400 lumens total using 40-60W equivalent LED bulbs - enough for ambient bathroom lighting. For brighter task lighting, use 60W equivalent bulbs.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shades and exposed vintage bulbs produce a warm, filament glow. For a cozy farmhouse feel, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a standard dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 35 inches wide, 12.25 inches high, with an 8.5-inch extension from the wall. The backplate is 4.5 inches in diameter. Mounting center to top is 2.5 inches. Works well on walls with standard 8-9 foot ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
