A 35-inch 4-light bathroom vanity light with a brushed brass finish and white frosted glass shades wrapped in white rope, designed for damp-rated bathrooms and powder rooms.
The Farmhouse Rope collection combines industrial metalwork with rustic rope accents. The brushed brass finish and white glass globes with rope wrapping create a warm, textured look that suits farmhouse, transitional, and modern-contemporary bathrooms. The four-light design provides ample illumination for a double vanity.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. The fixture accepts four medium-base (E26) bulbs, up to 60W each (or LED equivalent). With four 60W incandescent bulbs, total output is roughly 3200 lumens - enough to brightly light a primary bathroom. For softer ambient light, use lower-wattage or dimmable LED bulbs.
Light color and feel
The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a standard incandescent/LED dimmer. The white frosted glass shades diffuse light softly, reducing glare. For a warm, inviting glow, choose 2700K-3000K bulbs. The rope wrapping adds a subtle texture to the light pattern.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
