The Farmhouse Rope collection combines industrial steel and cast brass with a satin gold finish, accented by white glass shades wrapped in natural white rope. This 29-inch chandelier brings a vintage-inspired, modern-contemporary look that complements restoration-style interiors. The stem-hung design adapts to sloped ceilings, making it versatile for various room layouts.

How bright is it?
With five medium-base sockets (E26), brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. Using five 60W incandescent-equivalent LED bulbs (about 800 lumens each), total output is approximately 4000 lumens - bright enough to illuminate a dining room or living area as the primary light source. For a softer ambiance, use lower-wattage or dimmable bulbs.
Light color and feel
The fixture itself does not emit color; choose bulbs with your preferred Kelvin temperature. For a warm, inviting glow similar to traditional incandescent, use 2700K-3000K bulbs. The white glass and rope shades diffuse light softly, reducing glare and creating a cozy atmosphere. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a standard dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
The chandelier measures 28.5 inches wide and 17.5 inches tall, with an adjustable hanging height from 26.5 to 50.5 inches (including the stem and canopy). The canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter and 0.75 inches tall. It weighs 6 lbs and is suitable for ceilings up to sloped (adaptable). For an 8-ft ceiling, hang at 26.5 inches; for a 9-ft ceiling, extend to 38.5 inches for proper clearance.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
