Description
A 28-inch semi-flush mount with three clear glass shades wrapped in white rope, finished in matte black—ideal for kitchens, dining rooms, and entryways with damp-rated ceilings.
The Farmhouse Rope collection blends industrial steel and cast brass with a rustic rope-wrapped glass shade. The matte black canopy and frame contrast with the warm white rope, creating a fixture that feels both modern and vintage. Three exposed ST64 bulbs (not included) complete the look.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With three medium-base sockets, using 60W equivalent LED bulbs (about 800 lumens each) yields roughly 2400 lumens total—similar to a 150W incandescent, enough to light a 12x12 ft room. Bulbs not included.
Light color and feel
Choose your own color temperature. For a warm, cozy glow, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The clear glass shades diffuse light softly, and the rope adds texture. Dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch allow you to adjust ambiance.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
