Description
A 27-inch, 5-light chandelier with a polished nickel finish and white glass shades wrapped in rope, ideal for farmhouse and industrial-style dining rooms and kitchens.
The Farmhouse Rope collection combines rustic charm with modern industrial details. This chandelier features a polished nickel frame and five white frosted glass globe shades, each wrapped in white rope for a textured, farmhouse look. The stem-hung design allows adjustable height, and the damp-rated construction makes it suitable for covered patios or bathrooms.

How bright is it?
This chandelier uses five medium-base bulbs (not included) with a recommended ST64 vintage shape. With five 60W incandescent bulbs, it produces approximately 4000 lumens, equivalent to a bright living room light. For a warmer, dimmer glow, use 40W bulbs or dimmable LEDs. Brightness is adjustable with a compatible dimmer switch.
Light color and feel
The frosted white glass shades diffuse light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm, inviting ambiance. The rope wrapping adds texture and a subtle shadow pattern. For a classic warm glow, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a standard incandescent dimmer.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 26.5 inches wide x 26.5 inches deep x 15.5 inches high. The hanging height adjusts from 24.5 to 48.5 inches via the included stem. The canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter. Suitable for rooms at least 10x10 feet, with ceilings 8 feet or higher. Sloped ceiling adaptable.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
