A 27-inch, 5-light chandelier from the Farmhouse Rope collection, finished in polished chrome with white frosted glass shades wrapped in white rope, ideal for dining rooms and kitchen islands.
The Farmhouse Rope chandelier blends industrial and modern-contemporary style with a polished chrome frame and five globe-shaped white glass shades, each wrapped in white rope for texture. The open, airy design works well in spaces that need ambient light with a touch of rustic charm. Adjustable hanging height allows flexibility for various ceiling heights.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. The fixture accepts five medium-base bulbs (ST64 shape recommended). With five 60W incandescent equivalent bulbs, total output is approximately 4000-5000 lumens, suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms. For a dimmer effect, use lower-wattage or dimmable LED bulbs.
Light color and feel
The white frosted glass shades diffuse light softly, creating a warm, inviting glow. Use bulbs with a color temperature of 2700K-3000K for a cozy, traditional incandescent feel. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmer switches and dimmable bulbs, allowing you to adjust the mood.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. Use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer rated for the total wattage.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is UL and ETL listed for damp locations, so it is suitable for covered patios, sunrooms, or bathrooms with no direct water exposure. Not for wet locations.

How do I adjust the hanging height? The stem can be shortened or lengthened by removing or adding stem sections. The minimum height is 24.5 inches and maximum is 48.5 inches.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
