How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With three medium-base sockets (E26), using 60W equivalent LED bulbs (approx 800 lumens each) yields about 2400 lumens total - comparable to a 150W incandescent, suitable for ambient lighting in medium rooms. Bulbs not included.
Light color and feel
Use warm white (2700K-3000K) LED bulbs to complement the white rope and frosted glass, creating a cozy, inviting glow. The frosted glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare. Dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch allow adjustable ambiance.

Returns

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
