The Farmhouse Rope collection combines industrial charm with farmhouse warmth. This mini pendant features a sturdy steel and cast brass construction with a polished nickel finish, complemented by a matte white glass globe shade accented with brown rope. The Edison-inspired design offers versatility, allowing customization with various shades from the Franklin and Ballston collections. With a damp location rating, it's suitable for covered patios and bathrooms.

How bright is it?
Lumen output depends on the bulb used (not included). With a recommended 60W equivalent ST64 vintage bulb, expect approximately 800 lumens - similar to a standard 60W incandescent, suitable for task lighting over a small island or ambient light in a dining nook. For brighter task lighting, use a higher-lumen LED bulb.
Light color and feel
The fixture accepts a medium base (E26) bulb. For a warm, inviting glow, choose a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The white glass shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a cozy atmosphere. The brown rope adds texture and a rustic touch. Dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
