Lumen output depends on the bulb you choose (not included). A standard 60W equivalent LED bulb (800 lumens) provides comfortable ambient light for a small dining table or kitchen island. For accent lighting, a 40W equivalent (450 lumens) works well.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are sold separately. A medium-base (E26) vintage ST64 bulb is recommended.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimmability depends on the bulb you choose. Use a compatible LED dimmer if using dimmable LED bulbs.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms with ventilation, but not in direct contact with water.

What's the warranty? 2-year finish warranty and lifetime electrical warranty.

Can the rope be cleaned? The rope is natural and may collect dust. Gently vacuum with a brush attachment; avoid wet cleaning.
