Description
A 10-inch mini pendant with a white glass and rope shade in brushed brass, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms over a counter or table.
The Farmhouse Rope collection combines industrial-inspired design with customizable style. This mini pendant features a brushed brass finish on steel and cast brass, paired with a white glass shade wrapped in white rope for a textured, farmhouse look. The included 6-watt LED vintage bulb provides warm 2700K light, and the fixture is damp-rated for covered outdoor areas as well.

- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task and ambient lighting

How bright is it?
600 lumens - about as bright as a 40W incandescent bulb, ideal for accent or task lighting over a counter or table. Not sufficient as a primary room light for spaces larger than 8x10 ft.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. Flatters skin tones and warm wood/brass interiors. CRI 82 is adequate for general use but not recommended for tasks requiring precise color matching.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 10 in wide x 11.5 in high x 10 in diameter. Shade is 10 in wide x 9 in high. Canopy is 4.75 in diameter x 1 in high. Hanging height adjusts from 20.5 in to 44.5 in via 10 ft of wire. Works on sloped ceilings. Best for ceilings 8-10 ft high.

Is the bulb included? Yes, one 6-watt LED ST64 vintage bulb (2700K, 600 lumens) is included.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, the included LED bulb is dimmable. Use a standard LED-compatible dimmer for best performance.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is UL/ETL listed for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (away from direct water) or covered outdoor areas. Not for wet locations.
What's the warranty? 2-year finish warranty and lifetime electrical warranty.
Can the rope shade be removed or replaced? The rope is integrated into the glass shade; the entire shade assembly can be swapped with compatible shades from the Franklin and Ballston collections.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
