Description
A 9-inch drum-shaped, 1-light cord-hung pendant in matte black with a rope shade, perfect for kitchen islands and dining areas in industrial or traditional homes.
Part of the Elwood Collection, this pendant features a clean, open weave rope shade on a contrasting angled steel frame in matte black. The cord-hung design from a sturdy cast canopy allows for easy height adjustment, and it is compatible with sloped ceilings. It brings a natural, textured element to your space.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung 28-34 inches above the counter
- Dining rooms over a table, hung 30-36 inches above the tabletop
- Entryways and foyers as a statement light
- Coffee bars and sideboards
- Bathrooms and covered patios, as it is damp-rated
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Spaces needing a flush mount - this is a cord-hung pendant
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 feet if you need the full 130-inch drop
How bright is it?
The fixture is rated for up to 100 watts, but the bulb is not included. With a standard 60W incandescent bulb, you can expect about 800 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 60W incandescent, ideal for task and ambient lighting over a kitchen island.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, cozy feel, select a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust brightness to suit the mood.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 8.5 inches long, 8.5 inches wide, and 9.5 inches high. The height adjusts from 12.5 to 130.25 inches using the 120-inch trimmable cord. Canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter. Works well over islands in kitchens 8x10 feet or larger.
