Description
A 32-inch, 4-light bathroom vanity light in satin nickel with glossy white bell-shaped glass shades, ideal for illuminating a bathroom or powder room vanity.
The Edison Bridal Veil collection blends industrial inspiration with art nouveau elegance. This bath vanity features a satin nickel finish over steel and cast brass, with hand-blown glass shades that give each piece a unique, artisanal look. The bell-shaped shades cast a warm, inviting glow, making it a versatile choice for traditional and transitional interiors.
Best for
- Bathrooms with a 36-48 inch vanity, mounted horizontally above the mirror for even task lighting
- Powder rooms where you want a statement fixture that pairs well with vintage or industrial decor
- Damp-rated locations like bathrooms with ventilation, as it is UL/CUL damp rated
- Spaces needing bright, general illumination with dimmable capability for adjustable ambiance
- Homeowners who appreciate hand-blown glass and a mix of classic and industrial design
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas without cover, as it is only rated for damp locations, not wet locations
- Small powder rooms under 5 feet wide, where a 32-inch fixture may overwhelm the space
- Those seeking a minimalist or ultra-modern look, as the design is distinctly vintage-inspired
How bright is it?
With four 100-watt maximum sockets (bulbs not included), this fixture can produce up to 1600 lumens per bulb if using 100W incandescent equivalents, but actual brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. It's bright enough for primary bathroom lighting, especially with LED bulbs that offer high lumens at lower wattage.
Light color and feel
The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the light from a soft, warm glow to a brighter, more functional level. The glass shades diffuse light, reducing glare and creating a flattering, ambient light ideal for grooming. For best results, use warm white (2700K-3000K) bulbs to enhance skin tones and complement the satin nickel finish.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 32 inches wide, 7 inches deep, and 11.25 inches high, with a 7-inch extension from the wall. It is designed for horizontal mounting on a wall, with a round backplate that is 4.5 inches in diameter. The fixture weighs 11.75 pounds, so it requires a sturdy electrical box.
