With four 100W E26 bulbs (not included), this fixture can deliver up to 1600 lumens per bulb, making it bright enough for primary bathroom lighting. For a softer glow, use 60W equivalent LED bulbs.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. We recommend the BB-60-A bulb (sold separately) for best results.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, it is dimmable. Use a standard leading-edge dimmer compatible with your bulb type (LED, incandescent, etc.).
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it's safe in bathrooms with humidity, but not for outdoor exposure to rain.
What's the warranty? 2-year finish warranty and lifetime electrical warranty.
How do I clean the brass finish? Use water and a cheesecloth towel to maintain the finish.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
