Best for
- Bathrooms with a 48-60 inch vanity, mounted horizontally above the mirror for even task lighting.
- Powder rooms where a statement fixture adds character and elegance.
- Large hallways or entryways, used as a decorative accent light.
- Bedrooms above a dresser or vanity, providing ample illumination.
- Spaces with damp-rated requirements, such as bathrooms with ventilation.
Not ideal for
- Small bathrooms under 36 inches wide, where the fixture would overwhelm the space.
- Outdoor areas exposed to direct rain, as this fixture is rated for damp locations only.
- Spaces with low ceilings under 8 feet if you prefer a flush mount, as this fixture extends 7 inches from the wall.
How bright is it?
This fixture uses four 100-watt maximum bulbs (not included) and is compatible with incandescent, LED, fluorescent, and halogen bulbs. With LED bulbs, you can achieve bright, energy-efficient illumination suitable for grooming tasks. The actual lumen output depends on the bulbs you choose.
Light color and feel
The light color is determined by the bulbs you select. For a warm, inviting glow, choose bulbs with a color temperature of 2700K-3000K. The princess blue glass shades add a subtle color tint, creating a unique ambiance and diffusing light softly.
Sizing and fit
This fixture measures 32 inches wide, 7 inches deep, and 11.25 inches high, with a 7-inch extension from the wall. It is designed for horizontal mounting and can be installed with the shades pointing up or down. The backplate is 4.5 inches wide and 4.5 inches high, covering a standard junction box.
