How bright is it?
With three 100-watt maximum sockets (bulbs not included), you can achieve up to 300 watts of incandescent brightness. For LED bulbs, expect around 4500 lumens total, sufficient for task lighting in a bathroom.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is damp rated, so it can be installed in bathrooms but not in wet locations like directly under a shower or outdoors without cover.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
