Description
A 5-inch semi-flush mount from the Edison Bridal Veil collection, finished in polished nickel with a hand-blown light smoke glass shade - perfect for entryways and hallways.
This industrial-inspired fixture features a bell-shaped glass shade that is hand-blown, making each piece unique with an artisanal look. The polished nickel finish and heavy cast canopy add durability and style. It's dimmable and compatible with a variety of bulb types.
Best for
- Entryways and foyers with standard 8-ft ceilings
- Hallways and corridors needing ambient light
- Bedrooms and living rooms with low ceilings
- Covered porches and patios - damp rated
- Bathrooms without direct shower exposure - damp rated
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - damp rated, not wet rated
- Sloped ceilings - not adaptable
- Large open areas needing bright, primary light - single 100W bulb is moderate
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used; it accepts up to a 100W incandescent equivalent. With a standard 60W bulb, expect about 800 lumens - suitable for ambient lighting in smaller spaces.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulb; use a warm white (2700K-3000K) LED for a cozy, inviting glow. The light smoke glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare.
