Best for
- Entryways and foyers, providing a warm welcome with ambient light.
- Hallways and corridors, offering even illumination without taking up much space.
- Bedrooms and living rooms with low ceilings, as it mounts flush to the ceiling.
- Damp locations like covered porches, thanks to its damp rating.
- Spaces with a modern or vintage aesthetic, complementing both.
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, as it is damp rated, not wet rated.
- Sloped ceilings, as it is not sloped ceiling adaptable.
- Large rooms needing bright, primary lighting, as it uses a single bulb.
How bright is it?
This fixture uses one bulb (not included) with a maximum wattage of 100W. With a standard 60W incandescent bulb, you can expect around 800 lumens, similar to a traditional table lamp. For brighter output, consider an LED bulb with higher lumens.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, cozy feel, select a bulb with 2700K-3000K color temperature. This fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust brightness to suit your mood. Use a compatible dimmer switch for your bulb type.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 5 inches wide, 5 inches deep, and 9.13 inches high. It mounts flush to the ceiling with a 4.5-inch round canopy. Ideal for ceilings 7 feet or higher, as it adds minimal height.
