The Edison collection marries industrial inspiration with versatile design, allowing customization with glass or metal shades from the Franklin and Ballston collections. This 3-light vanity light features a brushed brass finish on steel and cast brass construction, with exposed ST64 vintage bulbs that add a warm, nostalgic glow. The fixture is damp-rated for bathroom use and backed by a 2-year finish and lifetime electrical warranty.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With three medium-base (E26) sockets, you can install up to 60W incandescent equivalent each (or LED equivalent). Using three 60W incandescent bulbs yields about 2400 lumens total - bright enough for a primary bathroom vanity. For a softer ambient glow, use lower-wattage vintage bulbs (40W equivalent, ~1500 lumens total).
Light color and feel
The exposed ST64 bulbs create a warm, filament glow. For a classic warm white, choose 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The brushed brass finish reflects warm tones, enhancing a cozy, inviting atmosphere. CRI is not specified by the manufacturer, but using high-CRI (90+) bulbs will improve color rendering for makeup and grooming.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
