Description
A 10-inch pendant from the Derby collection, finished in brushed brass with a matching metal dome shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas where damp-rated fixtures are needed.
The Derby pendant combines industrial and farmhouse style with heavy cast components and a sturdy steel and cast brass construction. The brushed brass finish and dome-shaped metal shade create a warm, vintage look that complements a variety of decor. This fixture requires one medium base vintage bulb (not included) and is damp-rated for use in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task lighting
- Dining rooms with a 36-48 in table, centered above for ambient light
- Covered patios or porches where damp-rated fixtures are required
- Entryways or hallways with 8-10 ft ceilings, used as a single accent light
Not ideal for
- Spaces with ceilings under 7 ft, as the minimum hanging height is 19 in

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose; a standard 60W equivalent LED bulb (800 lumens) is recommended for ambient lighting.
Light color and feel
Choose your own bulb to set the color temperature. A 2700K warm white bulb creates a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent.
Sizing and fit

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
