Description
A 10-inch mini pendant from the Derby collection, finished in brushed brass with a matching metal dome shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas where a compact, adjustable light source is needed.
The Derby mini pendant combines heavy cast components with a sturdy contemporary look. The brushed brass finish and metal dome shade offer an industrial farmhouse aesthetic. This fixture is damp-rated for covered outdoor use and comes with a 10-foot black textured cord for flexible hanging.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, hung in a row of two or three for task and ambient lighting
- Dining rooms over a small table or breakfast nook, centered above the table
- Covered patios or porches (damp-rated) for weather-resistant accent lighting

How bright is it?
600 lumens from the included 6W LED bulb - about as bright as a 40W incandescent, suitable for task and accent lighting over a small area, not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
2700K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. CRI 82 provides decent color rendering for most spaces.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 10 in wide x 10.5 in high x 10 in diameter. Height adjustable from 13.5 to 130.5 inches via the 10 ft cord. Canopy is 4.5 in diameter x 0.75 in high. Weighs 0.85 lbs.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
