Description
An 8-inch wide one-light flush mount in brushed brass with a clear glass globe shade, ideal for hallways and bedrooms.
The Crown Point collection from Innovations Lighting offers an industrial take on modern sophistication. This flush mount features a hand-blown clear glass globe shade set in a restoration-style frame with intricate knurling details on the sockets, canopy, and finials. The brushed brass finish adds a warm, vintage touch, while the clear glass provides a bright, unobstructed light. It is rated for damp locations and is UL/CUL listed.
Best for
- Hallways and corridors with 8-foot ceilings, providing even ambient light
- Bedrooms as a low-profile ceiling light, especially in rooms with lower ceilings
- Entryways and foyers, adding a touch of industrial elegance
- Bathrooms with a vanity area, as it is damp-rated
- Closets and laundry rooms where space is limited
Not ideal for
- Large living rooms or open spaces that need a lot of light - this is a compact fixture
- Outdoor covered areas - not rated for wet locations
- Spaces with very high ceilings where a pendant or chandelier would be more appropriate
How bright is it?
This fixture uses one 100-watt incandescent bulb (not included), which typically produces around 1600 lumens. That's about as bright as a 100W incandescent, suitable for general ambient lighting in a small to medium room. LED bulbs with similar lumen output can be used for energy efficiency.
Light color and feel
The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the light level. With a recommended ST64 bulb, the light can be warm and inviting. The clear glass shade provides a bright, unobstructed light, making it ideal for spaces where you want maximum illumination.
Sizing and fit
The flush mount measures 8 inches long, 8 inches wide, and 9.5 inches high. The canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter. It is not sloped ceiling adaptable, so it is best for flat ceilings. It has a 120-inch electrical cord for installation flexibility.
