Description
A 49-inch wide, seven-light linear pendant with light smoke glass shades and a satin nickel finish, perfect for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Crown Point pendant features organic teardrop-shaped glass shades suspended from a tiered metal frame. The satin nickel finish and light smoke glass create a sophisticated, contemporary look. This fixture makes a grand statement over a kitchen island or dining table, especially when paired with the multi-port hanging system.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 6-8 feet long, hung 30-36 inches above the counter
- Dining rooms with a rectangular table, centered above the table
- Open-concept living areas where you want a dramatic focal point
- Damp locations such as covered patios or sunrooms (UL damp rated)
- Art Deco or contemporary interiors
Not ideal for
- Small spaces with low ceilings - the minimum hanging height is 15.88 inches, and the fixture is 49 inches wide
- Bedrooms or cozy reading nooks - this is a statement piece for larger areas
- Those seeking a minimalist look - the teardrop shades and tiered frame are ornate
How bright is it?
With seven 100-watt maximum sockets (bulbs not included), you can achieve up to 700 watts of incandescent brightness. If using LED bulbs, the brightness will depend on the lumens of the bulbs you choose. This fixture provides ample light for a kitchen island or dining area.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you install. For a warm, inviting glow, choose bulbs with a color temperature of 2700K-3000K. The light smoke glass shades diffuse the light, creating a soft, ambient glow.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 48.88 inches wide, 5.13 inches deep, and 11.25 inches high. The hanging height is adjustable from 15.88 to 132.88 inches, thanks to the 10-foot cords that can be trimmed. The canopy is 48 inches wide. This size works well over a 6-8 foot island or a rectangular dining table.
