Description
A 30-inch, three-light island light from the Crown Point collection, finished in brushed brass with mercury glass shades - made for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Crown Point island light brings an industrial take on modern sophistication. Its brushed brass frame features cylindrical mercury glass shades with intricate knurling detail on the sockets, canopy, and finials. The hand-blown glass adds a unique, artisanal touch. This fixture is dimmable and includes two 6-inch and four 12-inch stems for customizable hanging lengths up to 30 inches. A 90-degree hang straight swivel is included for sloped ceilings.
Best for
- Kitchen islands, hung in a row of two or three for task lighting over a 6-8 foot island
- Dining rooms, centered over a table for intimate meals
- Entryways or foyers as a statement pendant
- Damp locations like covered patios or sunrooms
Not ideal for
- Large rooms needing bright ambient light - this is a focused accent light, not a primary light source
- Spaces with very low ceilings if you need a flush mount
- Areas where you prefer a larger, more dramatic pendant
How bright is it?
The fixture accepts three bulbs (not included) with a maximum of 100W per socket. With three 60W incandescent bulbs, you can expect around 2400 lumens total - enough for task lighting over a kitchen island. LED bulbs are also compatible for lower energy use.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you choose. For a warm, cozy feel, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The mercury glass shades diffuse the light, creating a soft, ambient glow.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 30.5 inches wide, 3.88 inches deep, and 14.75 inches high. The hanging length is adjustable from 21.63 to 45.63 inches using the included stems. The canopy is 4.38 inches in diameter and 8.25 inches wide.
