The hand-blown glass and satin nickel finish create a vintage yet contemporary look that complements a variety of interiors.
Best for
- Bedrooms and hallways with 8-foot ceilings, providing ambient light
- Covered porches and patios, rated for damp locations
- Entryways and foyers, adding a touch of industrial elegance
- Living rooms and dining areas, as a stylish flush mount option
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, as it is damp-rated but not wet-rated
- Spaces with sloped ceilings, as it is not sloped ceiling adaptable
- Areas requiring bright task lighting, as it is designed for ambient illumination
How bright is it?
With a maximum 100-watt incandescent bulb (not included), this fixture can produce up to about 1600 lumens, similar to a traditional 100W bulb. It's suitable for general ambient lighting in medium-sized rooms, but not for task-oriented spaces.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulb you choose. For a warm, inviting glow, select a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The seedy glass shade diffuses light softly, creating a warm, textured glow. This fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmable bulbs and a dimmer switch.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 12 inches in diameter and 9.63 inches in height, making it a compact choice for smaller spaces. It mounts flush to the ceiling, requiring a minimum ceiling height of about 8 feet. The canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter.
