Description
A 10-inch industrial pendant with a clear glass globe, finished in matte black, for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Crown Point Collection brings an industrial take on modern sophistication. This pendant features a cylindrical glass shade set in an updated restoration-style frame with intricate knurling detail on the sockets, canopy, and finials. The matte black finish and clear glass create a versatile look that complements both rustic and contemporary interiors.
Best for
- Kitchen islands, hung in a row of two or three for task lighting over a 6-8 ft island
- Dining rooms, centered over a table to create a warm, inviting focal point
- Entryways and stairwells, adding an industrial accent
- Breakfast nooks and casual dining areas
- Covered patios and porches, thanks to its damp-rated construction
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 30-inch hanging length
- Rooms where you need bright, focused task lighting - this is an accent or ambient light
How bright is it?
With a maximum 100W bulb (not included), this pendant can produce up to 1600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent, suitable for ambient lighting over a kitchen island or dining table. For a softer glow, use a lower-wattage LED bulb.
Light color and feel
The clear glass shade lets the bulb's true color shine through. If you use a warm white LED (2700K-3000K), the light will be soft and golden, flattering to skin tones and warm wood finishes. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the mood from bright and energetic to cozy and intimate.
Sizing and fit
This pendant measures 10 inches in diameter and 10 inches in height. It hangs from a stem that can be adjusted from 14.75 to 38.75 inches, making it suitable for ceilings from 8 to 10 feet. The canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter. It weighs 6 lbs and requires partial assembly.
