How bright is it?

Each socket accepts up to a 100W incandescent bulb (not included), so with 13 bulbs you can achieve up to 13000 lumens - extremely bright, suitable for large rooms. Using lower-wattage or dimmable LED bulbs lets you adjust the ambiance.

Light color and feel

The fixture is dimmable, so you can control the light level. The seedy glass shades diffuse light softly, creating a warm, inviting glow. For a classic incandescent feel, choose 2700K-3000K bulbs; for a cooler, more modern look, opt for 4000K. • Truck Freight Delivery. This item is too large or heavy to ship via standard UPS or FedEx ground. As a result, it will be shipped via Truck Freight. Once your shipment is within your local area, you will be contacted by the Truck Freight carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. This is usually a 2-4 hour window during business hours, but will be determined based on your availability. You will be responsible for taking it off of the back of the truck, so please be prepared to move the unit to its final destination. Most truck freight carriers offer upgraded services for inside delivery. Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. The fixture accepts up to 100W E26 bulbs, and T-series bulbs are recommended.

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, the fixture is dimmable. Use a standard incandescent or LED-compatible dimmer, depending on the bulbs you choose.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms without direct water exposure, but not in wet locations.

Can the cords be shortened? Yes, each 20-foot cord can be trimmed to your desired length, and the fixture is sloped-ceiling compatible.

Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
