Description
A 36-inch wide, 8-light chandelier from Innovations Lighting's Crown Point collection, finished in matte black with smoke glass shades - ideal for dining rooms and living rooms.
The Crown Point chandelier offers an industrial take on modern sophistication. Its matte black frame features intricate knurling details on the sockets, canopy, and finials, while eight hand-blown smoke glass shades add a touch of elegance. The fixture is damp rated, dimmable, and includes stems for customizable hanging lengths. With a 90-degree hang straight swivel, it works on sloped ceilings.
Best for
- Dining rooms, centered over a 60-72 inch table
- Living rooms with 8-foot or higher ceilings
- Open-concept areas where a statement light is needed
- Industrial, modern, or transitional interiors
- Damp locations like covered patios or sunrooms
Not ideal for
- Small powder rooms or hallways - this is a large fixture meant for a primary space
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 feet if you need the full hanging length
- Spaces where a bright, task-oriented light is required - this is accent/ambient lighting
How bright is it?
Each of the eight sockets is rated for up to 100 watts, but the lumen output depends on the bulbs you choose. With eight 60W incandescent bulbs, you'd get about 5,600 lumens total - bright enough for a large dining room or living room. For a softer glow, use lower-wattage or dimmable bulbs.
Light color and feel
The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the light color and intensity to suit the mood. The smoke glass shades diffuse light softly, creating a warm, inviting glow. For a vintage feel, use Edison bulbs with a warm color temperature (2700K-3000K).
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 35.5 inches long by 35.5 inches wide by 10.38 inches high. The hanging height is adjustable from 17.13 to 41.13 inches, making it suitable for ceilings 8 feet or higher. The canopy is 4.5 inches in diameter. It is sloped ceiling adaptable.
