The fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for bathrooms and covered outdoor areas.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. The fixture accepts one medium-base bulb (E26) up to 60W incandescent equivalent. With a 60W incandescent bulb, expect about 800 lumens — similar to a standard table lamp, suitable for ambient lighting in small to medium rooms. For brighter light, use an LED bulb (e.g., 800-1100 lumens). Bulb not included.

Light color is determined by your bulb choice. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb creates a cozy, inviting glow that complements the polished nickel and clear glass. Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
