How bright is it?

With six medium-base sockets, the brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. Using 60W equivalent LED bulbs (about 800 lumens each), the total output would be around 4800 lumens—comparable to a 300W incandescent, suitable for ambient lighting in a large room. For a dimmer effect, use lower-wattage bulbs.
