How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. The fixture accepts three medium-base (E26) bulbs up to 60W each (or LED equivalent). With three 60W incandescent bulbs, total output is approximately 2400 lumens - bright enough for a bathroom vanity. Using dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch allows you to adjust the light level.
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by the bulbs you select. For a warm, inviting glow, choose 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The clear glass shades provide unobstructed light, making the fixture suitable for task lighting at the vanity.
Sizing and fit
The fixture measures 24 inches wide, 10.75 inches high, and extends 7 inches from the wall. It is designed for wall mounting above a bathroom mirror. The backplate is 6.25 inches wide and 4.5 inches high. Ensure your junction box is centered within the backplate dimensions.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
