The Chelsea mini pendant combines industrial style with modern versatility. Its polished chrome frame and white glass shade offer a clean, bright look that complements contemporary and restoration-vintage decor. The fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered patios as well.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used (not included). With a standard 60W equivalent LED bulb, expect around 800 lumens - suitable for task or ambient lighting in small to medium areas.
Light color and feel
The white glass shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare. Choose a warm 2700K-3000K bulb for a cozy atmosphere, or a cooler 3500K-4000K for a more energizing task light. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
