The Chelsea mini pendant combines industrial styling with versatile functionality. Its matte black steel and cast brass construction is paired with a white cone-shaped glass shade, creating a clean, modern look that complements transitional and contemporary interiors. The fixture is damp-rated, making it suitable for covered patios or bathrooms, and features a 10-foot wire for flexible installation on sloped ceilings.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. The fixture accepts one medium-base (E26) bulb up to 60W equivalent (LED recommended). With a typical 800-lumen LED bulb, it provides ample task lighting for a kitchen island or dining table. For ambient light, use a lower-lumen bulb around 450 lumens.
Light color and feel
Choose your own bulb to set the color temperature. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb creates a cozy, inviting glow that complements the matte black and white shade. For a more modern, crisp feel, a 3500K-4000K neutral white works well in kitchens. The white glass shade diffuses light softly, reducing glare.
Sizing and fit
The mini pendant has an 8-inch diameter shade and a total height adjustable from 28.62 to 52.62 inches (including the canopy and wire). The canopy is 4.875 inches in diameter and 0.875 inches tall. Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
